2. Appointments and Bookings

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable with adequate notice (see cancellation policy below).

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking and during your consultation, including relevant medical history.

3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens, but we ask for your consideration:

  • A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may reduce your treatment time or require rescheduling.

4. Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and assessment to determine suitability.

  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

  • The Skin Formula reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not deemed safe or appropriate.

  • Some treatments may require pre- or post-care instructions — it is your responsibility to follow these as advised.

5. Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • All prices listed on our website or in clinic are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

6. Gift Vouchers and Packages

  • Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Packages must be used within the validity period and are non-transferable.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • While we take all reasonable care to ensure safe and professional service delivery, The Skin Formula and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our services or website, except where required by law.

  • Results from treatments depend on individual skin conditions, lifestyle factors, and adherence to aftercare.

  • You accept that all treatments carry inherent risks, and you will be informed of these during your consultation.
